Affiliation: Beijing Jingyan Yinong Sci-Tech Development Center (hereinafter referred to as JingYan) is a major R&D-based agricultural science and technology company in the capital city. It has registered capital of CNY10.2 million and is affiliated to the National Engineering Research Centre for Vegetables (also known as the Beijing Vegetable Research Centre).
    History: JingYan has been growing steadily since it was founded 50 years ago. It became the first ISO9001 certified Chinese vegetable seed company in May 2001. It was endowed with the Right to Import and Export on 15 March 2005. It was certified as national high and new technology enterprise in 2009. It has been engaged in more than 20 key national and provincial R&D programs and promotion projects and has won more than 30 prizes and awards.

    Performance: Currently, JingYan produces over 500 of its own excellent varieties of Chinese cabbage, pakchoi, chili, sweet pepper, tomato, cucumber, watermelon, melon, summer squash, pumpkin, spinach, radish, cabbage, eggplantetc. It supplies seeds to more than 1500 towns and counties across the country for a vast vegetable growing acreage of more than 100 million Mu. JingYan seeds are also exported to 20 countries plus, which makes the company an industry leader in China.
